I have a Panasonic Viera TX-L42E5E .

So I guess I need to find out if that is USB 2 or 3 and match it to the sticks I buy . I really can't see that plugging while they are on or off would make much difference as soon as you turn on the TV it would pop anyway ....?

Verbinding (USB): 2x USB 2.0

I can connect with an HDMI but really like to just throw everything on a stick and put it in the TV . Or as you say with an SD card , but I don't have one :59:

I saw in the specs it didn't have a SD card slot, shit!

Hmmmm... Do you have any other devices connected to your TV with a USB port like a DVD Player?

Actually it does have an SD slot , one of the big ones , I do have an adapter from micro to the bigger size . No nothing else is plugged in except a TV decoder that runs to the HDMI ....

I'm gonna do that I'll buy a 16gb micro SD and just use the port instead , save all the headache .
